Arcata to San Francisco Photos 5

Self portrait.

Epic light.

Sleepy.

Blue Jay.

Jordan got a new saddle because his nacho was tired of resting on a 2x4.

Cape Mendo.

RACCOONS!

This is where we met some Kiwis touring north.

We saw this dude two days in a row. He was "walking for Jesus." Really nice guy. I wish him luck.

The owner of this coffee house, The Roadhouse Cafe, used to work for Muddy Waters Coffee Shop in Arcata. He helped them out at Burning Man. His name was Jim or Jeff I think. I'll have to ask Jordan.

This drawing looks like a tee-shirt my buddy Corey has.

Cruising hard, Jordan bombs towards a big climb.

Yeahhhhh!

Jordan's flag. RIDE BIKES!

Back on the coast baby!

Hyped.

Rolling hard on an epic day.

We got a pizza and brews at this little gas station. The dog in this photo was really skittish.

Bombing Leggett, taking photos backwards at 30+ mph.

We were crushing this RV.

Sick pad.

Bear sighting.

Ummmm. ... amazing.

Climbing Leggett.

We stopped to drink water.

Single speed love. I met the dude who put up these stickers while I was in Arcata. He was doing the Canada to Mexico ride in 30 days on a single speed touring bike.
Gnarbuckle.

Garberville. Two recumbents, a LHT, a custom, a Frenchy, a Canadian who got ripped off, Jordan and I. Bike tourists unite!

Jordan, Richardson's Grove.

Grrr.

Accidental snap at Confusion Hill.
